[darcs-devel] darcs patch: fixes in pull.pl.

Hi Juliusz (and Tommy),

Here are a couple of fixes for the test suite.  Somehow my latest
refactorings triggered a timestamp-related bug in pull.pl, and while I was
looking at it I saw that we hadn't updated a revert -a test to not provide
a 'y' input.  This change will make us catch reversions of that behavior.

  The first fix avoids a false error that shows up because of identical
  timestamps.  The second verifies that revert -a doesn't prompt user.
