I see second line defense (latest stable snapshot) has caught a
bug that slipped past the unstable testing. :-)

Well, I was eventually (of finally, someone might say) going to
make a release with the umask thing. But if we could improve the
ssh/scp/sfpt/cm thing, I think we should wait for that.

The -q fix is now in stable, along with a previous ssh/scp/sftp
refactoring patch from unstable.
