Hi Patrick, thanks for working on this.

So, as I understand it, if I pull darcs-cia from your repo, configure my 
project name and real darcs location in the script, and run the script 
instead of darcs - I should see my commit appear on #commits on 
irc.freenode.net, without any further configuration or administrative 
action from Micah. Is that right ? I haven't seen anything yet, either when 
recording or pushing.
