Hi again,

Here are a couple more fixes to my refactoring patch.  It passes tests here
on darcs-stable, but I've not yet pulled from darcs-unstable, so I'm unsure
whether there's an issue there.  That'll be my next job, if the internet
connection here doesn't flake out for the next five minutes...
