[darcs-devel] darcs patch: Allow escaped quotes in `quoted' for match text.

I found that the previous version of this had been backed out.  (It
would have been useful to know.)  It looks as though I sent it from
the wrong repository, sorry -- I knew the original version broke the
build due to me not understanding Parsec...

I modified a test case for this one, but I'm not sure I understand the
Perl test stuff, particularly how escapes/quoting should be done.

  * Allow escaped quotes in `quoted' for match text.
  The match syntax is documented as subject to change, but this is
  mostly backwards-compatible.
  
  This fixes the previous patch, with a test case.
