[darcs-devel] Replying to bugtracker emails

Hi,

I was under the impression that when you reply to a message sent from
bugs.darcs.net (without CCing darcs-devel) it would also send a copy of
the reply to the list.  It doesn't seem to be doing that, though.
Should it be, or should we just be CCing the list with our replies?
