I don't believe the release version of Darcs yet has .exe files as 
boring. Nor do I believe that the high memory use of Darcs when handling 
large binaries should be mitigated by adding potentially interesting 
files to the boring list.

Nonetheless, I'm no longer pushing for the removal of .exe from the 
boring list, for reasons detailed in my next email.
