  * Redirect stderr to Null when exiting SSH control master.
  
  This suppresses the output
  * Pseudo-terminal will not be allocated because stdin is not a terminal.
    (result of redirecting stdin from /dev/null)
  * Exit request sent.
    (seems to be normal output. Seems also that there is no way to suppress
     this; -q does not do the job, for example)
