[darcs-devel] darcs patch: add test that unrecord of tag removes ch... (and 1 more)

Here is a fix for the somewhat serious bug in issue281
(unrecording a tag with a checkpoint).

It only applies to darcs stable. The code in darcs unstable has
changed too much, and I think unstable needs a different
(cleaner) fix. I'll take a look at that at some later time, and
make a patch that undoes this one and re-implements it for
unstable.

So don't push / pull this to darcs-unstable yet! (Ah, here's a
situation where it would be nice to have the ignore patch
feature.)

I'll push it to stable when some time has passed and it's been
reviewed.

  * remove unrecorded tags from the checkpoint inventory (issue281)
  The commands Check, Get and Repair all can make use of the checkpoint
  inventory. Unrecord, Unpull and Obliterate forgot to remove deleted patches
  from that inventory.
