Subject: Windows add file with space to unix messes up file name

Version 1.0.3

On windows:

darcs pull <some unix repo>
darcs add "file with space"
darcs record -am "spacetest"
darcs push

On Unix:
check repo, you'll see a file named "file\ with\ space" as opposed to
"file with space"
