[darcs-devel] New ignore and unignore commands

Hi,

Thanks for the patch!  You might have noticed my attempt to
start a discussion on this on darcs-users.

I haven't had a chance to look at this yet, but I do already have a
request.  Could you please split this patch up into one for the core
mechanism (ignore file, slurpy stuff, etc), and one that adds the actual
commands?

It seems that this would be a cleaner way to go, and would make it
easier for me to "pick and choose".

Also, another patch which I would be interested in is one that adds
tests for the mechanism.  What tests exactly, I'm not entirely sure.
Some examples might be making sure that ignored files really are
ignored, that there aren't any weird interactions between boring
and ignored, that commands like pull and apply *still* affect
ignored files, etc.  Do think this would be a sensible step to take?
