[darcs-devel] darcs patch: add test for replace command with duplic... (and 1 more)

Here's a fix for issue 273 (and a test case).

I put a nub in fix_filepaths, so now it's "impossible" to give
the same file twice as extra arguments to any darcs command that
uses fix_filepaths (all of them, I think).
