[darcs-devel] Use System.Directory.copyFile for file copying

Woo! Many thanks, Kevin (and Jason, for the urging!).  I'll be accepting
this patch and giving unstable a small chance to live up to its name.

If you want to be extra-helpful :-P, maybe you could think up some
devious ways for this patch to have broken darcs and submit test cases,
where relevant.  I suppose in the worst case, we'd have to tack on a
little extra code to reset permissions.
