[darcs-devel] crap in pending after Optimize --reorder

I've found another bug with pending.

  darcs get darcs-unstable foo
  cd foo
  darcs optimize --reorder
  darcs whatsnew

I get a long list of false changes, which comes from a crappy
_darcs/patches/pending.

1.0.9 is ok, but current stable is not.
