[darcs-devel] Any answers for IsiSetup's concerns?

I spoke loosely.  It doesn't actually unset the bit on an actual  
file, but when I do "darcs get" it creates a new physical file  
without the +x bit.  I perceive this as "unsetting" the bit on the  
"logical" file.

Other users that I have observed do, too.
