[darcs-devel] darcs patch: Add --auto-name-bundle option to Send. (and 2 more)

Whoops, forgot to use --edit-description :P

I redid the patch with Eric's suggestions, as well as adding tests and
documentation.  I'm still not totally happy with the option name.
--auto-name-bundle is a better description of what the option does, but
it doesn't make it clear that it is very similar to --output.  (Of
course the short form, -o vs -O, does).

I did at least put the options next to each other in the --help listing,
so that should help somewhat.  But I'm still open to suggestions if
anyone has a better name for the option.
