[darcs-devel] darcs patch: add test for replace that messes with unrecorded hunks

This test makes current unstable fail with invalid pending bug.
Trackdown finds:

Removing it and its dependencies makes the test pass.


I'm not sure the test _should_ pass without the --force flag,
but in that case 1.0.8 is broken as well.
