[darcs-devel] darcs patch: Implement 'hidden' commands (not shown i... (and 1 more)

I wasn't sure whether to make 'move' and stub command or an alias, so I just
went with the alias.  Note that all commands here are either stubs or aliases
and are not shown in the normal list of commands.

  This will make it more palatable to have stub commands that either just print a
  message or that alias another command.
