Hi Tommy,

This isn't the --ssh-cm stuff you asked for, but I thought it was
harmless enough that to maybe consider for stable.

  * Do not append a colon to hostname when calling sftp (issue362).
  
  This does not solve all of issue362, just a minor annoyance along its way.
