Looks someone already added the Darcs GUI one, a while back:

There's a second entry for a Darcs web management app:

If those are there, I don't see why we wouldn't add more.  Although from
the size of the list, there will be a lot of competition.  I'm sure
Haskellers would appreciate Darcs improvements, though.  It seems like a
large chunk of them use it.
