[darcs-devel] darcs patch: Fix date.t pathname construction in whatsnew test.

It looks as though I failed to send this before.  As far as I
remember, it fixed a failure on Solaris and should have done the same
on GNU/Linux, but the test was succeeding anyway for some reason.
