[darcs-devel] darcs patch: Count number of times the --verbose and ... (and 3 more)

Thought this would be useful for the recent SSH debugging.  Also, I think this
implements a little bit of Zooko's request for better debugging.

Now if you pass -v -v -v, it will tell you what external commands it's calling
