[darcs-devel] darcs patch: Move patch manipulations into classes. (and 2 more)

Here's more code moving stuff into classes.  Still should change
no functionality and introduce no new data types.  That'll come
next, first with the introduction of a NamedPatch type, maybe
tomorrow.
