Hi Eric,

Here's my latest refactoring, a real monster, touching 38 files.
I've changed the venerable PatchSet to be the ordered RL type.
This meant going through all the code figuring out which lists
of patches were in forward order and which in reverse.  I've not
converted all patch sequences, but many of them.  It's a cleanup
that will help a lot moving forward.
