At 17.07, I released Babel 0.12.  At 21.45, I found a bug.  My darcs changelog
reads:

  * Fix typo in compare_buffered_updates.

It would be useful to have a ``darcs oops'' command that commutes these two
patches, modifies in place babel-0.12.tar.gz, babel-0.12.tar.gz.asc and
babel-0.12_1.deb, as well as the Freshmeat and babel-users announcements without
anyone noticing.
