[darcs-devel] [issue821] too many bugs marked deferred

In preparation for the darcs 2 release, I think we used the 'deferred' status
for bugs which were not release-critical.

Now that darcs 2 is released, somebody who knows how to make automated use of
roundup should set them back to something like 'chatting'
