[darcs-devel] [issue998] bugs.darcs.net is broken for non-logged-in users

Roundup's web interface broke yesterday when I changed the username of the
darcs-users mail list address from "anonymous" to "darcs-users". Roundup needs
an "anonymous" user, it turns out. Fixed, I apologise for the outage.
