I get the following output when using "darcs send":

    Waiting for Emacs...
    Reading pristine 30/457

Note that the last line occurs *after* my editor, emacsclient, is
started, but BEFORE my editor exits.  When running emacsclient on the
terminal (emacsclient -c -t), this has the effect of clobbering the
first line of text, forcing me to type C-l to refresh the display.
