[darcs-devel] [issue582] enable context-printing for --darcs-2 repos

Just a note to the bug tracker to indicate that the printing of context
hasn't yet been implemented for --darcs-2 repositories.  It's nothing
fundamental, just a bit of code that hasn't been converted.  It's a little
awkward, because the Patch type allows arbitrary nesting of composite
patches, while the new patch format is flat (which makes many things
simpler).
