Hello.

This patches implement new API for Curl module. Libwww.hs and Curl.hs
are very similar so I merged them into URL.hs.

Also --with-curl-pipelining configure option added.

And libwww now follows redirects. This fixes issue621.

This are pretty big changes and touch well tested curl code. But it
seems to work well for me. So I hope I managed not to break everything :)
