[darcs-devel] darcs patch: add context to HashedRepo.copy_repo (and 1 more)

To help our discussion about Context vs. unsafeCoerceP, I implemented
read_repo_private using as few unsafeCoercePs as seems possible.

I recommend applying the first patch in this bundle then compiling
HashedRepo with type witnesses to see the error messages then
reading over the unsafeCoerceP patch.

I'm working on a reply in our main discussion thread too, so
please reply there.
