[darcs-devel] darcs patch: add api-doc as make target for generating Haddock docs

Hello,

Here is a rough first attempt at getting Haddock 2.0 working
with darcs.  We need this version so that GADTs will can be parsed
by Haddock (actually it seems to use GHC's parser these days).  The 
downside is that this requires ghc6.8.2.

I have already generated the documentation and placed it here:
http://files.codersbase.com/darcs-haddock/index.html

I tried to "darcs send" just a few minutes ago, but I think
that machine had an incorrectly configured sendmail.  My applogies 
if this patch arrives twice.
