[darcs-devel] What about integrating git-darcs-import?

libdarcs is planned for the end of November

Note that it will just be exposing /all/ the modules in darcs, so we
will not consider it safe or stable by any stretch of the imagination.
But I hope this gives people something to work with and that it will
lead to a proper libdarcs in the future!
