New submission from Adam J Richardson <fatman at crackmonkey.us>:
The server is running FreeBSD 6.3-PRERELEASE. The client is Windows XP SP3. The
server exposes SSH on a different port to the default; this is dealt with by
hacking around the "plink -p" bug.
Server:
% darcs --version
2.0.0 (unknown)
Client:
C:\Users\arichardson>darcs --version
2.0.2 (+ 76 patches)
Sample command line:
N:\Docs\Projects\proj_1>darcs pull
NOTE: the server is running a version of darcs prior to 2.0.0.
This means that you may see error messages fetching files such as
_darcs/prefs/format, which you can safely ignore. Installing
darcs 2 on the server will eliminate these error messages and also
speed up ssh-based commands, such as darcs push.
