[darcs-devel] [issue1063] cygwin pwd confuses darcs shell tests

This isn't a bug in darcs, but in our test suite.  Darcs is a native Windows
program and doesn't support cygwin paths (i.e. those that start with /cygdrive/)

I think MSYS does something else, maybe it just returns Windows friendly paths?
