We currently auto-close issues when tools/update_roundup.pl sees an
incoming patch of the form "^[Rr]esolve issue([[:digit:]]+):".  Please
extend this code to add the "Confirmed" tag to issues when this script
sees an incoming patch of the form "^[Aa]ccept issue([[:digit:]]+):".
