Ohloh has gone open-source, so all we need is a Ruby hacker to knock this out. 
It shouldn't take very long:

git clone git://github.com/robinluckey/ohloh_scm.git

I'm marking this need-volunteer and adding two Ruby hackers I know in the darcs
community just in case :-)
