David Roundy's version of darcs has this neat idea of merging the two regression
testing directories:
  darcs get http://physics.oregonstate.edu/~roundyd/code/darcs

I think we should pull his patches and extend our shell harness accordingly. 
The benefit of this change is that we can write the bug tests is exactly the
same fashion as the tests proper.  For example, right now, we have to source
../tests/lib, which is a little bit silly.

Christoph, is there any chance I could assign this bit of shell harness work to
you?  Thanks!
