[darcs-users] Heads up: breaking Windows 9x

Dear all,

I'm going to apply to the unstable repository a patch that will break
Darcs on non-NT versions of Windows (Windows 3.1, Windows 95,
Windows 98, Windows ME).  Darcs will continue to work on Windows NT,
including 2000, XP, and whatever other NT versions it currently works on.

If this bothers you, please check the devel list for a submission from
Eric Kow called ``Exec improvements'', and help us find a workaround
for MS-DOS-based systems.
