[darcs-users] Some progress on OS X

I've learned a little more on my Darcs-over-SSH issue on OSX.  As Eric 
pointed out earlier, the --disable-ssh-cm flag is what I need. 
Unfortunately, when I tried setting this in either ~/.darcs/defaults or 
$REPO/_darcs/prefs/defaults, it doesn't work.  (I've tried both "ALL 
disable-ssh-cm" and "pull disable-ssh-cm".)  If I apply the flag 
manually, however, I'm able to pull from a remote repository.

Am I just doing something wrong when I set the flag, or is this a 
problem anyone else is seeing?
