[darcs-users] darcs.cgi and pristine

Hi, I've got darcs 1.0.8, and it seems that darcs.cgi
doesn't grok repos with "pristine" instead of current.
To put it another way, darcs creates repos that it
can't itself afterwards analyze.

Since I'd like to keep to the stable version, is there
a quick fix? Can I symlink pristine to current, or
will this cause problems?

Also, a search for "darcs current pristine" turns up
nothing obvious. Is there a difference, or was it just
an esthetic "improvement" ? While this may be a
trivial question, please answer for the benefit of
future searchers, who will likely find the archived
copy of this message.
