i don't think that would be a reason for moving to git. some large
projects (like us) just moved to git as we where not used all features
of darcs (like cherry-pick on push) and darcs1 was too slow on our big
repos. such moves happened i think about when git 1.5 has been out (that
was the first git version with a much nicer ui) and _not_ after David
announced that he will no longer read the bugtracker and the user list.
