[darcs-users] [PATCH] Eliminate HopefullyPrivate (rename over Hopefully)

Hopefully was simply a thin wrapper around HopefullyPrivate; this patch
just eliminates the wrapper.  Still compiles and passes tests, didn't see
any docs telling me not to do this. :)

Thoughts welcome.
