I've been writing a bunch of documentation today, and this sort of 
spilled out in the process:

It's a discussion on working with darcs in a completely distributed 
"pull-only" workflow.  Unfortunately, I don't have an concrete examples 
of users of this style (feel free to chime in), but I have put way to 
much thought into it and here I've put thought to digital paper and 
maybe it might spark some interesting ideas or discussions.  I'd 
particularly love to hear practical experience on the topic (even if 
it's just "we tried it for a while and failed").

Anyway, maybe someone will find interesting tidbits in the article,
