Just a small update on this.

After further consideration, David has turned down his nomination to
serve on Committee Zero.  Hopefully he will be more inclined to be on
Committee N > 0, where the goverance issues have been decided :-)

I would like to nominate Tommy Pettersson in his place.  (I've talked
this over with Tommy who accepts the nomination).  More news when we
have gotten back in touch with Karen and Bradley of the SFC.
