[darcs-users] darcs patch: Hide the inefficient "darcs put" command.

I don't think it is that much slower...  the big problem with 'put' 
right now is that there seems to be no progress reporting in put.  If it 
had even a fraction of the progress reports of 'get' it might be much 
less annoying.
