[darcs-users] darcs patch: Exceptions to GPL granted as of 2008-07-15 morning.

Just wanted to update everybody on the darcs GPL license exception
 (see  http://bugs.darcs.net/issue176 )

Basically, we are waiting on replies from 24 people.  If you happen to
know any of these people in real life, especially those we cannot
contact, it may be worth giving them a gentle prod.
