Fair enough, but if there's no reason to have it at the top, I'd prefer
it to be at the bottom, so it looks the same as a Debian changelog file.
(I'm assuming that this output as actually generated by something, if
you just did it by hand as a one-off then it doesn't matter.)  One
advantage of the consistency would be that you could use Emacs' M-x
debian changelog mode RET to get a colourful log :-)
