On further reading, I actually don't mind the eclipse-license bit.
For some reason I was thinking we were dual-licensing darcs, which
would reduce its copyleftness, but since we're only allowing linking
with code that is actually under the eclipse license, that's okay. I
don't know why anyone would want to link darcs with code under the
eclipse license, but I don't suppose that's my business.
