[darcs-users] announcing darcs 2.0.1rc2

There's not much in the way of exciting news here, just a few bug
fixes is all I remember.  If noone has any more bug fixes, I'll
probably release darcs 2.0.1 next week.  Oh, and it'll take a half
hour or so before the website and darcs repositories reflect this
release, as the test suite needs to pass first.
